There is a lot on the plate of a college student. This weekly series will include several meditation practices to reduce stress and prioritize what matters most, your health and wellness. Come join us in the community room or join from home and enjoy mindfulness with others and discuss techniques to balance life. Mats and cushions are provided. The zoom link will be sent before the sessions.
