Join us in collaboration with Feminist Movie Club and Pages for Individuals in Prison for a film screening and discussion of Persepolis, an animated film based on director Marjane Satrapi’s graphic novel about her life in pre- and post-revolutionary Iran. Participants will have the opportunity to examine women's rights in Iran through the film and discuss gender based-issues across cultures. Food will be provided, thanks to funding from Community Grants.
