Join us for a 3-week series designed for ADHD brains or wandering minds to explore mindfulness in a supportive space. We will start with a journaling exercise, then guide you through a meditation. Our neurodiverse-friendly environment will offer practical tools to engage in meditation and mindfulness exercises in a way that works for you.

Week 3, Monday, April 14 - CAPS Building, Rm 1340
Week 6, Monday, May 5 - Lagoon Lawn, meet behind UCen near food court patio
Week 8, Monday, May 19 - Campus Point Beach, meet at UCSB Campus Point Rental Center
