This single-session, strength-based yoga class geared toward male-identifying students is designed to challenge traditional ideals of masculinity by combining physical activity with mindful dialogue, helping participants explore how body image pressures impact men and positively change their perception and feelings regarding their own body. The instruction will emphasize functionality, mental well-being, and self-acceptance over aesthetics. In turn, these skills will help participants apply what I learned during the workout to their daily lives and the lives of others, leaving a lasting impact.
