HAPI: Healthy Asian Pacific Islanders

Join us for a free, drop-in support community space for Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) identified folks who would like to talk about mental health, want to gain and provide support to and from others, and want to learn more about UCSB resources. Be amongst your peers in a community space, moderated by UCSB APIDA supporting staff members.
We will have a different topic every week to help us guide our conversation, but all are welcome! There will be light snacks and refreshments provided.

This is a collaborative effort between: the Asian Resource Center, Counseling & Psychological Services, Health & Wellness, and the Middle Eastern North African South African Resource Center.
