Being a UCSB student can be challenging. This free quarter-long program is led by a peer that went through the same struggles you may be facing and offers several meditation practices to reduce stress and prioritize what matters most, your health and wellness. Come and enjoy mindfulness with others and discuss techniques to balance life, work, and fun.
