Join us for a relaxing and reflective workshop to help you reconnect with your inner self and practice self-love. Take a mindful pause from your daily tasks and show yourself some kindness by creating your affirmation jar filled with self-love to carry with you through the highs and lows. These affirmation jars are filled with positive and encouraging notes written by you to yourself. Whether it’s a reminder of your strength or resilience, a compliment to yourself, or a goal you’re proud of, these affirmations will be there whenever you need a boost. Materials will be provided. Bring an open mind and an open heart!
