Seeds for Healthy Relationships

Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop focused on healthy relationships, communication, boundaries, consent, respect, and care. Through guided discussion, participants will reflect on how these dynamics show up in their own lives and explore how individuals and communities can prevent harm through bystander intervention.

In the second half of the event, we’ll get creative! Participants will paint beach-themed ceramic pots, enjoy free food, and plant their own succulents during the workshop to take home. Plant care will be used as a hands-on metaphor for healthy relationships, highlighting the importance of intention, consistency, and ongoing care, while offering a relaxing, reflective space to connect and unwind.
