Join Charisa, CARE's Sound Healing practitioner, every Tuesday evening in February for tips and tools on grounding and healing followed by a 45 minute sound bath. Participants are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cozy sweater or anything that will provide them with extra comfort during this experience.
