Spring term brings late sunsets, warm weather, and UCSB’s Chi-Chella Festival! Chi-Chella (kai-chell-uh, named after Coachella) is the biggest annual event for the Channel Island 5 Residence Halls. This year’s Chi-Chella will feature:
LIVE MUSICAL PERFORMANCES by real UCSB student bands
FREE FOOD from Homeplate Grill
MECHANICAL BULL
BOUNCY JOUST ARENA
ROCK WALL
PIE AN RA
PRIZE RAFFLE (including Jellycat, AirTag, LEGO Botanical, $250 worth of gift cards…)
AND MUCH MORE!

Chi-Chella 2025 will be on May 4th, 2025 from 6:00-10:00 PM at the San Nicolas and San Miguel Lawns. This year’s theme is Glowing Galaxy Festival! We can’t wait to see you there.

Food Provided (Homeplate Grill: Hot dogs, Hamburgers, Vegan Sliders, Pizza)
