Cap it Off: Decorate your Journey (ASOP x ONDAS)

This program is aimed at supporting first generation students and Dreamers by providing them with a space to creatively express their pride and achievements. Fostering an inclusive and supporting community for our students while also showing our commitment to celebrating their unique journeys and academic success. providing first gen and dreamers with a unique opportunity to celebrate their academic achievements and personal journeys by decorating their graduation caps. The event aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can express their individuality, pride, and perseverance through cap decoration designs. By coming together to decorate their caps, students not only honor their accomplishments, but also build a sense of community and solidarity among peers who have also overcome significant obstacles to come to where they are! It is also a chance for them to reflect on their growth, embrace cultural identities, and celebrate the hard work that led to this significant milestone.
