Planet Labs: Year 1

We invite the UCSB community for an update on our Planet Labs offerings. The workshop will begin with an introduction to Planet Labs’ satellite imagery, oriented toward new and prospective users. Afterwards, we will have a lightning talk session from 10:30 AM by our current users showcasing their work from the first year of our three year subscription, followed by a lunch break. We will end with a more advanced training session on the Planet API. Coffee and lunch will be provided by campus catering!

In the afternoon at 3pm, Ecodatascience will have a session on Intro to Geospatial Terra in R
