Community Earth Day Celebration / Celebración comunitaria del día de la Tierra

Please join us in celebrating Earth Day in collaboration with Isla Vista Parks and Recreation and the St. George Youth Center. Bring your family and friends to enjoy delicious food and be in community with one another while celebrating our beautiful earth. We will have activities for children, including making edible mud pie desserts, potting plants, and a brief presentation about the history and importance of Earth Day. Each child will be sent home with their own plant and DIY gardening kit to start their very own garden at home.

Celebración comunitaria del día de la Tierra

Por favor acompañanos en celebrar el Día de la Tierra en colaboración con Isla Vista Parque y Recreacion y el Centro de Juventud de St. George. Traiga a su familia y amigos para disfrutar de una comida deliciosa mientras celebran nuestra tierra linda. Tendremos actividades para niños, incluyendo hacer comestible pastel de barro, plantar macetas, y una presentación breve sobre la historia e importancia del Día de la Tierra. Cada niño será enviado a casa con su propia planta y un kit bricolaje de jardinería para empezar su propio jardín en casa.
