Details
Monarch butterflies migrate to Goleta each November through February. This festival – which also coincides with World Children's Day – invites you to celebrate the beautiful monarch butterfly with fun activities, music, art, dance and food. The monarch butterfly remains an important cultural symbol for many indigenous groups and within the national culture of Mexico. The monarch has become a metaphor for transformation and hope.
