Live Zoom Workshop – 45 minutes

UCSB Adventure Programs is very proud to offer an interactive, live zoom workshop series by our own staff guide and kayak instructor Dustin Harris designed to provide an overview of local Santa Barbara marine weather patterns, give a basis in how to read and interpret forecasts, then apply these skills to risk management and decision-making as an outdoor guide or program leader.

Come join us for our 45 minute live “workshops”, broken down into a few more “digestible” bits (e.g. wind, waves, reading clouds, Kayak, Surf, SUP, risk management, Ocean adventures, severe weather etc).

These will initially offered as monthly interactive Zoom call workshops intended to be set up for a presentation and discussion, Q/A format presented by our Adventure Programs staff.
