Join us for this special edition of Mindful Monday, where Athletic Trainer Jeremy Alvarez and Meditation Practioner Emily Teter, take us through an evening of practical and easy tools to combat “tech or text neck.” Set yourself up for a successful academic year and learn how to be actively mindful of your posture and body mechanics.
