Mission
The LGBTQ Staff & Faculty Collective promotes a welcoming campus community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer staff and faculty at UC Santa Barbara by providing support, resources, and events for LGBTQ employees. This purpose will be achieved through quarterly member meetings, monthly events, mentorship opportunities, and a member directory. This collective has and will continue to seek on-going institutional support from the Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity, Human Resources, and the Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Membership Benefits
Members get access to our Shoreline group and message boards, as well as all Collective events.
As of July 2022, The Collective no longer collects dues from members.
