Let's face it, graduate school is stressful! In this workshop, we will discuss how one can thrive (not merely survive) in graduate school. Let's discuss the research around this subject and some strategies/resources that can help you better manage the different forms of adversity you may encounter. There are a great number of campus policies, procedures, and other information you should know so you can be proactive when it comes to your academic success at UCSB.
