As a leader, you want to help your team thrive. However, meetings can often be a moment where people tune out and have difficulty engaging. This interactive workshop will show you strategies to help others open up, encourage productive collaboration, and empower your team.

The skills learned in this session will be particularly useful for leaders of student organizations, lab managers, those pursuing careers in industries where team meetings are common, and anyone who wants to improve their project management and leadership skills.

The GSRC is committed to providing access and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities. For information or to request disability accommodation, please email Baron Haber at baronhaber@ucsb.edu.
