Dr. Alejandra Magaña Gamero and Raylene Hernandez from Latinas Talk Dinero will join us to provide an overview of student loans, scholarships, fellowships, and other ways to finance your higher education! With student loans reaching a record high in 2020, it is important that we discuss the financial consequences but also the mental, physical, and emotional toll that can result from debt and financial stress.

This event is a part of the 2024 Spring Speaker Series, hosted by the A.S. Community Financial Fund. For questions, please contact Claudia Lee at cffexternalvc@as.ucsb.edu.
