Black Block Party

We are hosting a Black Block Party with IV Recreation and Parks on October 1st featuring Black artists, creatives, and organizations! This will be a part of the ongoing concert series that the IV Recreation and Parks put on every year, and BSU has been selected to host on October 1st as a part of IVRP's outreach to campus organizations.

The Black Block Party will feature performances by Black bands and artists, booths from local Black creatives, and Black-focused campus organizations. The party's purpose is to showcase Black creative excellence while connecting the Black community of Isla Vista and Santa Barbara together.

As an organization, we hope to reach out to the Isla Vista and Santa Barbara communities to support making the Black Block Party fun and successful.

This is an opportunity to get to know the IV community better and support Black students on campus.
